Leimapokpam Sanatombi Chanu creates history in wushu, wins bronze medal for India at the 1st Taolu World Cup

After Jason Yengkhom created history to win first gold medal of India in Junior World Wushu Championships 2016, wushu taolu player Leimapokpam Sanatombi Chanu won a bronze medal for India at the 1st Taolu World Cup 2016, Fuzhou China. She created history by winning medal in the senior division. Sanatombi had also won medals for India at international championships earlier.

Chief coach of India, Kuldeep Handoo congratulated Sh. Bhupender Singh Bajwa (President), Sh. Suhel Ahmed (General Secretary), Sh. Manish Kacker (Sr.Vice President ), M Sachidanand, Ravi Parkash Tripathi, Rajesh Tailor and entire wushu team for the superb performance in the world cup.
