Huyen Langlon Thang-Ta Academy emergs team champion in 26th State Thang-Ta Competition 2015

The Huyen Langlon Thang-Ta Academy of  Yumnam Huidrom emerged as team champion in the 26th edition of the State Thang-Ta Competition 2015. The academy won 25 gold, 8 silver and 7 bronze medals. PAHULASI of Mayaikoibi emerged as team runner-up by getting 12 gold, 9 silver and 8 bronze medals.

Huidrom Nganthoiba Singh of  Thoubal District Thang-Ta Association, Wabagai got ‘Best Fighter Boy award while T. Jina Devi of MIMCTTA, Naoremthong got Best Fighter Girl’s award of the competition.

26th State Thang-Ta Competition 2015 concluded on the 3rd October 2015 at 1.00 P.M. with the presence of Shri K. Meghachandra Singh, Hon’ble MLA, Parliamentary Secretary, MIP/IPR, Wangkhem Constituency, Shri H. Premkumar Singh, President, Huyel Langlon Thang-Ta Association, Manipur, Shri O. Lukhoi Singh, Hon’ble MLA, Wangoi Constituency, Shri A. Jadumani Singh, Co-ordinator, SAI North Eastern Region Imphal and Shri L. Prakash Singh, Secretary, G.B. Mayai Lambi College, Yumnam Huidrom as Chief Guest, President and Guests of Honours respectively.
